Having spent 15 years in the legal industry, including almost a decade as a practising solicitor, Shanti has experience across a broad range of commercial legal issues in diverse industries including agriculture and primary production, food manufacturing and consumer brands, foodservice, industrial and engineering products, technology and automation, education and early childhood, disability services and the not‑for‑profit sector. Her experience also includes director and company secretary roles and experience in private and the not‑for‑profit sector, adding further governance and board insight to her commercial practice.
Her in‑house background has shaped a distinctly practical approach to legal work. Shanti understands the realities of implementing advice - the operational constraints, competing priorities, and the need for guidance that is clear, actionable and commercially aligned.
